On behalf of the Robert Koch Institute (RKI), infas has been setting up a panel for the “Health in Germany” study series since 2024. With this series of studies, the RKI regularly collects up-to-date information on the state of health of people in Germany. In this way, answers to current health-related questions can be found within a short period of time.
The first results of “Health in Germany” are now available on the health monitoring web portal (GBE): With the data from the 2024 annual wave, time series could be continued for a total of five indicators on the topic of health and a new indicator on mental well-being was included. More will be added in the future. The indicators that have now been updated include “Self-assessed general health”, “Chronic illness” and “Physical limitations”. Further information on the individual indicators can be found here.
You can find more information on “Health in Germany” on the study website.
