“Change” – this is the main topic of the new issue of the infas magazine Lagemaß. From an infas perspective, the merger with Ipsos, which is discussed in detail in this issue, fits in perfectly. Furthermore, change is also very present in empirical social research: the recruitment of study participants requires new approaches that take account of changing communication behavior. Artificial intelligence offers possibilities that need to be examined with due care and, if suitable, integrated into research projects. The magazine contains articles on these and other topics.
This time, the middle section is dedicated to Maria Sibylla Merian, an artist who dealt with change in her precise illustrations. Her biography and her economic success are also inextricably linked to change, as the accompanying text shows.
