The project commissioned by the German Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs (BMAS) aimed to scientifically evaluate the effectiveness of the new regulations of the AÜG of 2017. The focus of the study was on the introduction of a maximum temporary employment period and the new regulations on equal pay. The Institute for Applied Economic Research (IAW) was responsible for the analysis of the project.

infas war als Kooperationspartner vor allem verantwortlich für die Durchführung der standardisierten Erhebungen bei Leiharbeitskräften (Mixed-Mode-Erhebung, n= 2.000 Interviews), bei Verleihbetrieben (CATI, n= 500 Interviews) und Entleihbetrieben (CATI, n= 1.000 Interviews).
