The WELLCOME study, part of the project “Youth unemployment, mental health and labor market outcome,” is researching the current living situation and transition into education and employment of young migrants and refugees in Germany. WELLCOME is an artificial word that links the arrival of young adults in Germany with their well-being. Therefore, the survey spans the following topics: Legal status, migration process, origin and family of origin, educational background in the Syrian education system, education and training, labor market orientation and employment status, current activities, financial situation, housing situation, language skills, religion and values, network resources for advice and support, health and mental well-being, experiences of violence and traumatization, panel readiness and readiness to feed process data from the Federal Employment Agency.
