On behalf of the Federal Environment Agency (UBA), Dessau, the infas Institute for Applied Social Science conducted a comprehensive analysis of the CO2 footprints in everyday transport of German citizens based on the study “Mobility in Germany”. The aim of the study was to identify the factors and interrelationships that contribute particularly strongly to CO2 emissions in everyday passenger transport in order to identify starting points for taking political measures.
