Nationwide, people aged 16 or older were surveyed regarding the topic of safety. Dealing, among other things, with victim experiences (victimisation experiences), behaviour of pressing charges, need for punishment needs and fear of crime. The study thus contributes to dark field research. The survey data helps making differentiated statements on the brightfield-darkfield-relation as well as on crime-specific victim experiences.
In this study, the contents of a previous study from 2012 are largely replicated and expanded.
