infas conducts the “Quality of Work” study for the Luxembourg Chamber of Employees, which maps the development of labor relations and the quality of employment relationships of employees in Luxembourg. Aspects of the QoW study include the demands and stress of the job, working hours, cooperation between colleagues, scope for creativity at work, further training and promotion opportunities, company involvement and much more. The annual “Quality of Work” survey has been carried out annually since 2014 under the responsibility of infas. Each survey wave comprises 2,000 interviews, which are conducted both by telephone (CATI) and online (CAWI).

In order to make the results of the longitudinal study accessible to a wider public, infas has created an interactive website on behalf of the Chamber of Employees. It shows the development of the index value and enables users to analyze sub-indices and selected variables, differentiated according to different population groups. The website is implemented in responsive design. The views adapt to the different screen sizes so that operation is possible both on the office screen and on the smartphone. The new website can be accessed at https://qow-data.csl.lu/ .
