Field Services
infas has been specialising in carrying out complex market and social research projects focussing in particular on projects with methodologically challenging design.
All projects will be equally carried out with up-to-date methodologies and means of empirical social research, such as:
- Postal Surveys
- PAPI – Paper and Pencil Interview
- CATI – Computer Assisted Telephone Interview
- CAPI – Computer Assisted Personal Interview
- CAWI – Computer Assisted Web Interview
infas provides more than common quality control:
- as a matter of principle projects are being carried out in a team also representing the field
- absolute transparency of the field processes (accurate to a day)
- the project manager gets the key data concerning the field realisation rate on a daily basis (electronically)
- main key data: coverage rate per interviewer (accurate to a day), contact frequency per interviewer
- the project team determines the employment of the interviewers (authorised by the respective project manager)
- rigid compliance to the workflow along the MIP's (mandatory inspection points)
In order to convert these standards effectively, infas has at its command a face-to-face field of its own as well as a call centre of its own.
